I contact PH Court Services (Phil) to serve a defendant that I am taking to small claims. He claims that the defendant neither works nor lives in the area any longer. I still require an affidavit. I requested it numerous times by email and over the telephone speaking directly with Phil. He has repeatedly told me that he would send it, but he hasn't. He claims he doesn't know the defendant, but I believe he is protecting her for whatever reason. I would never recommend him. He is untrustworthy.
Phil was so professional and efficient for the duration of the time I utilized his services. He advocated and helped me in ways I can’t thank him enough for. Having difficulty collecting from a small claims lawsuit. I contacted Mr. Holmes who went out of his way to help me. We met twice at a local coffee shop. Where Mr. Holmes explain to me how the legal system works and some of my options to try to collect. I followed Phill's advice used some common sense and got paid. A very nice man, easy to talk to full of knowledge about the law If you're having troubles collecting, give him a call.
