I just got the prescription I’ve been on for years stopped until I see them again…I told them I’ll be going through withdrawals. Atleast approve and then I will come see you. They said no. Do you want your meds or not…they could have called when they denied and made an appointment. Horrible communication and lack of care. Will not be going back!
Awesome staff! Great care and time given with each patient. Dr. Gail and NP Andrea Thompson care not just about your health, but about you as an individual. Amy is awesome at getting pre-authorizations done quick. Melissa has been at the front forever it seems. I changed to Ormond Internal Medicine around 20 years ago when both parents used to go their. She is the best doctor I've ever seen
Update: one star less, since the very long wait times became an issue. We switched to another doctor. Dr Gail van Diepen is a wonderful doctor, taking the time to research in depth what the issues are and what treatment is best suitable. She takes the time and yes, sometimes that means a little wait, but when it's your turn you know you will get her full attention and not get rushed out the door. My uncle was a patient elsewhere, and it is a world of difference between his former doctor and Dr. Van Diepen.
