I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ plus years. In all my years, I’ve never seen a fish purveyor with a representative like Trevor Davis. P&G always has quality product, but Trevor goes out of his way to keep us informed weekly of the best product and prices through text or email. And he will get your fish on a truck even if you forget like some chefs do from time to time. You guys are the best, keep up the great service you provide to very fortunate establishments.
