I called for service. The first girl to answer sounded like she was standing on a desk working on something and told me she’d have someone call back. She hung up and my phone rang immediately but when I answered they hung up. This happened three times and I called back the new number. The man who answered then told me that he’d have yet another person call back to schedule service. Very unprofessional. Sounds more like junkies trying to make a buck from pawnshop gear than professional service providers. Unacceptable.

Greg did an excellent job even though my carpet hadn't been cleaned in more than a year. It looks fantastic!
