Good Pizzas excellent attitude I recommend
I was previous at F45 and I was hard to find a similar gym that did the same structured classes. Came to Pfit was able to do a week trial and loved it. Zach is amazing. There to help and support you through your fitness journey. Truly cares and takes time to get to know you and what your needs are for your plan. The my body scan was awesome and really shows where you need to focus! I needed a lot of modifications during classes and Gavin especially was always there to help. The workouts are challenging in a good way. The gym is clean, classes well organized, and all happens in a timely manner.
Great workout! Very friendly atmosphere!
