Did not listen to patient needs and was very dismissive.
I think he's good for straightforward pregnancies and women's health needs. Initially the experience went really well, he always seemed helpful and responsive. But as I neared the 3rd trimester, nothing seemed to be going quite right. I felt sluggish. Swelling was up. Blood pressure was raising. I was eating absurd amounts of ice. I’m so grateful to have found Dr.Young he’s hands down one of the best. He’s very patient I didn’t feel rushed through my appointment he took his time to explain everything to me while also making sure I had a clear understanding of everything before leaving his office.Grateful for my new Obgyn:)
I cannot recommend Dr. Young enough! He’s fantastic! He’s unlike any other provider. At 5 weeks pregnant, I experienced abdominal pain with bleeding. They said that they thought I had lost the baby and directed me to follow up with my OB. I made an appointment with my OB, and was called 15 minutes prior to appointment to cancel because she got called out to a delivery. Only saw him one time and was having severe health problems early on in my pregnancy. Had been to the emergency room and had 18k wbc, which he didn’t bring up at all and when I brought it up to him he cut me off and told me it was normal to have wbc up to 15k so I decided I would just stop wasting my time and go see a doctor who actually listened and cared about me.
