You can’t let go of someone and tell them “you’re looking for more help” when I don’t see any new faces at the job, the owner is ridiculously embarrassing and should focus more on getting the work done than having a personal problem with someone, HORRIBLE boss but wonderful workers, I wish the best to the workers but not the owner

If you like half a** work, here is the place. Not only do they cut corners, have mediocre welds on structural beams that support a building, but the work is directed by old "only my way is best" foremen and superintendents who don't care about safety or a well job done.
