I have been going to these people for a few years now but today re visited to buy some valeting products and was served by a lovely young man, most polite and grateful for my custom. Such a pleasant experience from what you get most times these days. I will continue to support this lovely small business in our village. Thank you all at PDM.
Fantastic customer service. Yesterday morning (Sunday) I bought a headlight bulb for my car based on a video I watched how to remove and fit the bulb. It turned out to be the wrong bulb and by the time I realised it was to late and they were closed. I panicked as I knew I would be driving in the car Monday morning, so I had no choice but to go elsewhere to get a bulb.
