Great service and hospitality and management
Can not fault their customer service and care. Always rings to discuss issues and updates . Nothing is too much for them They go above and beyond to make sure your happy and that the car is far greater than when it went in. They even wash your car. They are honest and reliable. Dominica the receptionist, is friendly , courteous and professional. Very nice dealing with her.
True meaning of Service. On a recent trip to Bunbury, our car developed an electrical fault in the gearbox that left the car undrivable. We limped to P & D Autos to see if they could assist with the problem as we had another appointment to get to. They immediately stopped a technician doing what he was doing and assigned him to diagnose the issue. WOW! By far the BEST mechanic business I have come across! Booked in for an overdue service as have been travelling around Aus for 7 months. Friendly, family run business that went above and beyond, rang me with updates every step of the way, told me the cost so no hidden surprises, fixed my squeaky suspension and even gave my car a wash and vacuum!
