I had a problem with the lock on my patio door, when I called the first time they acted as if I was bothering them. I tried to fix it myself but after no luck I called back. Actually left several messages and have yet to hear from them. I got it fixed on my own without them

The products are phenomenal. I looked around in the marketplace. There's nothing like P&C's windows and doors. They did my whole house, and what an improvement! Thanks guys! Definitely 5 Stars.

I had my cabinets refaced in 2015. The doors and drawers started to delaminate within 4 years. We loved the cabinets at first but then the delamination occured. I have continually tried to contact P&C directly without success. You get music or you leave a message and they don't return calls. Just terrible customer service. We take very good care of everything. No kids in the house. We spent $14,000 for this defective product. Beware
