Very low profile customer oriented staff
I would give 5 stars if Kim was still there as she was prompt with responding and informative with the services provided. When she left and I eventually needed my information updated, I could not get a friendly, responsive agent to work with me. I am generally a very easy going and non-confrontational individual, so I expressed quite a bit of patience for the additional wait times, and felt I had an approachable attitude even through my growing frustration with this company. Agents get paid to promote progressive. I searched around and found cheaper insurance. I wouldn't trust them because they lied. Progressive sucks.
