I would give 5 stars if Kim was still there as she was prompt with responding and informative with the services provided. When she left and I eventually needed my information updated, I could not get a friendly, responsive agent to work with me. I am generally a very easy going and non-confrontational individual, so I expressed quite a bit of patience for the additional wait times, and felt I had an approachable attitude even through my growing frustration with this company. Agents get paid to promote progressive. I searched around and found cheaper insurance. I wouldn't trust them because they lied. Progressive sucks.
Nate and Sarae Lighthart are phenomenal to work with. We shopped rates again this year, and they have been so easy to work with! I never feel like I am a burden whenever I work with them, even though I am asking for assistance. They will always answer the call whenever you may need it.
