I was a customer for 15 years and I just fired Perry and his team. Some history I was evacuated during the quarry fire in 2024. I didn't get any proactive calls from Perry or his team. I did call him and asked about people walking around my property and he verified they were from Travelers. I didn't hear back from him to see if I had any damage or needed to file a claim. That was disappointing. Then my renewal came in last year at a 45% increase. I called and left a message asking for a call to discuss options. I got an emai... read more
