Andy from P Blackhall Ltd was absolutely excellent when he came to carry out repair work at my mum’s house. He explained everything very clearly and talked us through what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He couldn’t have been any more helpful and was thoroughly professional. We have used P Blackhall Ltd many times for both electrical and plumbing work. The last three visits (for different works) have been by Grant. He is very professional, friendly, always gives me an explanation of what he needs to do, and we are always very pleased with his work. Definitely 5 stars for both him and the company.
