I have just become a new tenant of P B Odom, and I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this experience has been for finding my location to, signing the lease, and having little things handled so fast by maintenance. If you're looking for your new location and the perfect landlords, look no further. The office staff is phenomenal and they truly care to see you succeed in your business and site.
Mr. Odom runs his business with family values. He treats his tenants with the utmost professionalism and is always willing to work with them. I have been a tenant for many years and have come to know the family well. He worked with me directly to help steer my business towards the right direction. He has given Me encouragement and advice during downturns and had always made sure that my business came first.
