I was a loyal customer of P&M Autocare (Paul and Mandy), using them for my fleet of 9 vehicles for over a year with no prior issues. That trust has now turned into one of the most costly and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. In February 2024, I had my 2017 Chevy Tahoe towed to P&M after a transmission failure. Brought my 2020 BMW to change the engine mount and the coolant tank, got everything done under 3 hours for a good rate. Absolutely nice people working there as well, definitely would come back to service my car in there
