I was a loyal customer of P&M Autocare (Paul and Mandy), using them for my fleet of 9 vehicles for over a year with no prior issues. That trust has now turned into one of the most costly and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with an auto repair shop. In February 2024, I had my 2017 Chevy Tahoe towed to P&M after a transmission failure. Good Repair shop honest and fair prices
Brought my 2020 BMW to change the engine mount and the coolant tank, got everything done under 3 hours for a good rate. Absolutely nice people working there as well, definitely would come back to service my car in there
Paul and RW came to my rescue today. My van wouldn't start Saturday after breakfast. They towed it today and had a new starter installed.
