Todd is the best. He has done several jobs for us. He is passionate about his work and the results are amazing. We will always use P and K Harwood for our refinishing projects.
Wow I cannot say enough about Todd at P and K hardwood. He is a very professional, knowledgeable no-nonsense guy. Very easy to work with, was able to fit us in while we were out of town, left a key for him and had no issues at all. He did an extensive amount of restoration on our 1955 floors that had been covered up with carpet and damaged by pets. Never answer their phones or return calls. I left several detailed messages on each of their listed numbers (cell phones with unprofessional vmail greetings) and they chose to never call me back. The job was worth about eight grand and it went to someone who had the professionalism to return my call. Good luck with that business model!
The guys did a wonderful job on our floors! We had a bit of a tricky job because half our house was old wood needing refinishing and half was newly installed bare wood. Their craftsmanship is beautiful and you can't tell where old wood ends and new wood begins. They communicated with us every step of the way, helped to choose a color we love, added some carpentry work that is beautiful, and are super friendly and efficient. I'd recommend to anyone in need of refinishing. Thanks guys
