If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, stay far away from this person. The whole experience has been stressful, frustrating, and deeply disappointing… Do not trust a word he says. Prices change after agreement, scope changes without notice, and deadlines mean nothing. Four months of renovation hell. we had to move into an unfinished house. No quality, no accountability: - Waterproofing badly done - Tile gaps everywhere - Shower doors missing for months - Gates not fixed - Uses unskilled labour and doesn’t pay them
We had the worst experience with Mas. No communication from his side, poor workmanship, unskilled labourers, he didn't paid his tradies on time and we had to resort to talk directly to his tradies to get work done and do extra payment to his tradies. We had to extend our rental stay due to no commitments on his timelines, work is still pending, even after multiple times sending him reminders, no response, no acknowledgement. DO NOT BELIEVE ANYTHING HE SAYS price will change after agreeing, scope with change without warning, unless you have them in contract forget about getting these done. If you are hoping to get work done in time, you are so mistaken. I wish I cud give a negative rating here for the delays and pathetic experience we had with this man. Mas and his team renovated our two bathrooms and laundry, and the results are amazing. They are dedicated, detail-oriented, and deliver top-quality work. Mas was patient with every request, and everything was finished to the highest standard. Highly recommend!
I am very pleased with workmanship Mas and staff did on my entire home. They were all very respectful and the renovation was completed to a high standard. Thank you Mas and Ellie for your care and beautiful workmanship.
