Since Packo took over the management, this shop is going down hill, you can't get the trucks repaired right from the first time, you always have to go back to correct the problem and waist a lot of time, the mechanics are guessing all times, they charge more than the other shops, Packo always fights with the customer's, this why he is loosing them one by one, his problem that he is running the shop while he is high on coc.
First time here. I will be back. Came here with an emergency repair. They could have turned me away because they have plenty of work but they started to work on my KW immediately. They had to go all the way across town to pick up a part. Most shops would have put my truck on the back burner and waited for Kenworth to deliver the part tomorrow. But these guys went there and got me out of the shop in 4 hours. I had a brake chamber and two cab air ride bags replaced. Total for bill was 523.00. I will be back if I ever break dow... read more
