I had a negative experience with P.A. Darcy, as he failed to complete the job after receiving payment, and I could not get a response when I tried to follow up. Caution anyone considering his services. Unfortunately, my encounter with him was a nightmare from start to finish. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid working with P.A. This company is scam. They will take your deposit, pretend to get things started, and then ghost you. I don't recommend.
It is very disappointing and discouraging that some businesses operate like this. The Boston Globe article was infuriating. Do NOT do business with this company. Shame!
I was extremely shocked to read the Boston Globe article on this company. If you didn't have time to get to their condo then you should not have taken their money. If you can't do the emergency work immediately then tell your customers that so they can get it done by someone who has time. Overall very sad story of a young couple and a new born child.
