The overall practice deserves 0 stars, their communication and scheduling is an ongoing nightmare. It's also ridiculous that you have to pay to get copies of your own medical records, but they won't send records to your referring primary care doctor. My primary doctor has requested records on 3 separate occasions over the last year and has never received them. If you can go anywhere else, you should. This place is not very good these days. Very short staffed, only 2 or less days a week for allergy shots. I was more than 30m late due to construction blocking the road out of my subdivision, so when i go there they said i had to reschedule. Makes me think allergy shots or me personally aren't important enough to work in the 5m it takes, and I still have the rash i went for 10y ago.
Super happy with my experience. A doctor that knows about mcas is rare.
Excellent practice with excellent providers. Both providers are friendly, thorough and straight forward while explaining things and educating the patient. I have had a wait before seeing the doctor but the delay is evidence of their commitment to giving everyone excellent, individualized care.
