My first time having ozzy, it was okay to me. I feel like the pizza was super thin, like really thin. The flavor was decent. And I feel like my pizza was overcooked

The pizza at Ozzy’s is really good, but unfortunately, our experience with the customer service tonight was disappointing. The girl working was very rude and spoke loudly about my father-in-law after he asked for water cups instead of purchasing a bottle of water. When he hesitated because they didn’t have cups available, she seemed annoyed, even though he still tipped her. Afterward, she went to the back and loudly complained about the situation. Don’t bother with any of the big names. Ozzy’s is an East Rock hidden gem and it beats the competition by a mile.

Extremely impressed, this is the thinnest crispiest pizza I’ve had in years. New Haven has lost its way and its identity over the past couple years (especially with the sell outs to corporate ownership) , Ozzy’s might be carrying the mantle for best New Haven pizza until further notice.
