Called Ozzy’s for a mobile repair when my rig wouldn’t start. They told me a tech would be there in 45 minutes—ended up waiting nearly two hours on the shoulder of I-80. When he finally arrived, he didn’t have the right diagnostic tools and suggested a tow instead. Felt like a waste of time and money.”
