They just refused to serve me because my hair was too long. Unreal.
The cut was terrible, He cut a lot of hair leaving some hair longer than others, completely uneven, and the parting line of my son's hair was crooked. I really don't recommend this place, especially William, with a terrible attitude and arguing with me because I told him that some areas around my son's hair were wrong. That man needs to prepare himself better for different types of hair and learn more with his attitude toward customers

Horrible customer service. I got treated like I couldn't afford the service. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel like I didn't belong there. I asked a question, and they were very vague addressing my concern, so I booked online. I asked to use their bathroom before I sat down for my appointment, and they told me to use Nordstroms bathroom when they clearly had a bathroom. I just felt like they were being racist towards me.
