Doesn’t even deserve a one star. Stopped by on a Wednesday lunch time. Staff could care less had customers , nor willing to make food right. Crab cakes tasted like made of all food leftover ground up along with crab shells. Mussels looked as if reheated and reserved and tasted rubbery and bitter. We were afraid at this point to try anything else. Environment unclean as well. I reported them to state department to investigate.
RecommendedWe had a great time! The service was amazing ! Very attentive, helpful, and fun. The atmosphere was adorable very beachy of course but also very comfortable/laid back. The food was amazing it came out hot, fast, and was sooooo fresh! And the entertainment was well let’s just say X factor, American idol, America’s Got Talent have got nothing on Denise Turner she is beautiful, graceful, and her singing ability is like nothing I’ve ever seen! We will definitely be coming back!
Owner always rude to me though I've spent thousands there the last 8 years. Zero respect unless you're rich friends!
I’m not one to really complain, but I was absolutely disgusted with our entire experience! The restaurant was disgusting...there was trash and food all over the floor and chairs, tables were clearly NOT cleaned, and the service was very slow. My husband ordered the grouper (mind you it was a $20 plate) and it was so slimy, very small, and not cooked correctly...it was nasty!! I’m a Maryland gal living in Florida and Ozzies steamed blue crabs are awesome! I’ve never been disappointed yet and I’ve been going there for over 8 years. Yummy!!
We had expectations of a good, solid seafood meal. Not exceptional, not awful. However, at the end of our experience, it was definitely solidly in the “meh” category. The wait staff was just ok (although the bartender refilled my ice tea with polite vigor). My husband had the Ozzie linguine pasta which was overcooked on all accounts, and surprisingly bland even though it was heavily salted.
