Bought the Aquaheat shower a few years back and it’s been an invaluable part of our camp set up- especially in Tassie winter when you can’t rely on solar showers. Saw the new NXT model released last month and was stoked to see you can retro fit the new pump, improved shower head and stand up the older unit. Fast delivery to my door. Gazebo and hub work very well and easy to setup! 1 person job. The gazebo goes up in under 2 minutes. The hub remained dry despite 2 nights of hard rain. Great quality product!

Some initial good impressions from their purchased product. Ending with unfashionably rude and condescending attitude by customer support when claiming under the consumer guarantee that overrides their warranty. Quality of product appears good at first glance but they don’t last like they used to from this company. It’s now made even Cheaper by Chinese - but it’s now more overly overpriced.

We couldn't be happier with the efficient, super friendly and amazing customer service.
