Stopped in yesterday looking for a more niche adaptor. While they didn't happen to have what I wanted (it was a long shot), the tech was incredibly helpful and gave me many great recommendations. We had a nerdy conversation about device repair too. It's safe to say he knows what he's talking about and will go out of his way to get you what you're after, not just to sell you something you don't need. Stop in and check it out

I had an issue with my Galaxy pad constantly shifting from portrait to landscape whilst I was reading my E books. A young gentleman served me and fixed the issue in about 30 seconds. His name was Lee. There is a button in settings that freezes the selection of portrait and landscape. He was such a lovely and polite young man. I was so impressed with his professionalism together with his friendly nature. I was most impressed.

Took my phone in to fix a charging port issue, the guy I took it to was probably still training, and didn't put the right port in for my phone and forgot to reconnect 2 wires, wasn't happy about that. My phones data and hotspot wasn't working afterwards, took it back to a different guy, same store, called Kyle. He had a look at it and fixed the problems same day, excellent customer service skills, fantastic technician. So happy, everything is working as far as I can tell. Thank you so much Kyle! ^^
