I'm sure they build great houses, but I wouldn't recommend engaging Oztech if you want your future neighbours to like you. Was a pleasure to leave my house today to see a worker leaving a construction site hit the back of my parked car with their ute, as a consequence of pulling out too quickly, rolling down his window to have a chuckle with colleagues, and then driving off giving me only just enough time to catch his license plate. Not the first issue that's been had either...

We just had handover today. The BEST experience I could have ever imagined. Oz Tech did the design and build for us. This was perfect for us because having them design it meant we could keep everything to budget. The quality of work was exceptional and the attention to details was outstanding. We engaged Oztech for the renovation / extension of our period home in Seddon. Joel & his team did an exceptional job, delivering a high-quality finish that exceeded our initial expectations. They also were a pleasure to work with, providing regular communication along the way. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality reputable builder for their own new build or renovation / extension.
