Very disappointed with their service for uncompleted to put all parts back together when they disassembly as told engine is 100 percent no good and throw me off. I had to bring over another shop to put all disassembly parts together and run perfect that where flip off my mind. They tried to rip me off for 5-7k new with motor while its till good motor. I can't say enough great things about Oztec Marine! They recently serviced my Yamaha WaveRunner, and the entire experience was outstanding. Their team was incredibly kind, professional, and easy to work with from start to finish. Nikki is extremely helpful. I felt super comfortable buying a jetski that her and the team serviced. Answered all questions thoroughly and made me feel very confident in my purchase.
Nikki and Dylan are AMAZING! They literally dropped everything to help my aunt with a rope wrapped around her Sea-Doo driveshaft and helped me with an intake grate issue. I live in Tallahassee but will be bringing my Waverunner to Oztec for all servicing from now on--they are worth the 3 1/2 hour drive!
