Buyer Be Aware - Absolutely terrible experience! Possibly an Online Scammer! I ordered 2xDevanti Heaters on 1/12/24 but they have never arrived. Ozstylz agreed to a refund after I lodged a complaint with Paypal and they issued a refund on 8/1/25, but canceled the refund on 9/1/25! I have now complained to the police to investigate this business. Horrible experience!
Has taken months to get the company to issue a refund after going through a full dispute. After going back and forth with the company and eventually getting a call from a manager? With no caller ID. stating he would issue me a refund. The refund bounced back. He insisted I delete my previous google review for a refund. This company is horrible and cannot be trusted as they sent me a defective product and now cannot issue a proper refund.
Very bad customer service...will give them a zero. I bought an item for the past two months and haven't received the full delivery. Keep calling the customer care number and they keep saying they will call back but never do. No one is willing to resolve this. Hence, this drastic decision as if they can't resolve it then it's fair to return my money back as I didn't get what I paid for. Do not I repeat trust this guys.

Absolutely love the Inflatable seat sofa with LED light! It looks stunning and I'm absolutely in love with it. Such a cool addition to my space.
