Recently upgraded my OzShut roller shutters from a manual wind-up system to an electrical system. Saw the rep. on Tuesday and the installers fitted the electric motors on the Friday of the same week. I was advised that the electricians may take up to ten days to install the cables, however; had a phone call on Monday following the installation asking if I was available, they could do the electrical work at 9am that day. I was sceptical about the shutters but after i had them installed omg the noise factor has greatly reduced and the heat / cooling issues i have been having are now under control not only are they a great product easy to use and very stylish i feel more secure in the house as well. I highly recommend to anyone looking to get shutters from OZ shut do it now you wont regret it.. The team are fantastic.
Oz shutter have provided an excellent product and service! They kept ensuring customer satisfaction after the work is done and all the way through until ensuring 100% satisfaction i will surely head their way if i need any other shutters in the future
From start to finish it was an amazing experience, the aftercare post install is fantastic, even came out afterwards to help out with a little debris that had lodged itself in the track, it was a quick and seamless install, can’t recommend them enough
