Dr Ikram Nazim was very clear and thorough in his diagnosis and subsequent planning for my knee replacement. The operation was very successful and my recovery and rehabilitation is ahead of plan after 6 weeks. As dodgy as is possible, we ask them again and again prior to the operation booking. What is your gap fee coverage? Do you cover a gap fee? (As we had health insurance). Every person on reception refused to give us an answer about that once the booking was actually made for the operation, and we were locked in magically, they suddenly answered “no gap fee coverage at all”.
