I rang today to get an estimate on mako hip replacement and knee revision. On their website its says to contact the friendly receptionist on fees for surgery. I was told they did not know and I had to make an appointment to find out. 3/3/25 This definitely is not spam. I had a knee replacement 2014 and for the last 2 yrs it’s been sore. See photo. At least own your behaviour and be professional
Mr Ikram Nizam was my surgeon for anterior total hip replacement surgery in December, 2024 at Cabrini, Malvern. As an older patient, I was tentative in the weeks leading to the surgery, but Mr Nizam and his thoroughly detailed hand-book were extremely helpful. Mr Nizam’s surgical team members were fantastic, as were the nurses and physiotherapists. It was easy to understand why Mr Nizam is held in such high regard by medical staff. I am so grateful to be back enjoying long walks again and will also return to tap-dancing.
Awesome Total knee replacement. Day 2 going home no pain yet and more stable already than my old worn out knee. THANKS HEAPS DOC! Edit: 8 months in and still absolutely amazing. My knee is going great and really feels like "mine". No pain, full motion. Thanks Again Ikram Down the track some years and my knee has not missed a beat. Going back to get the other fixed, can't recommend highly enough
*** Mr. Ikram Nizam and his support team at Ozorthopaedics are absolutely Brilliant. *** My story began at the age of 15 where i was slam dunking at a home basketball ring, slipped and fell causing a total dislocation of my left knee out at a 45 degree angle. Rushed to emergency department, had an Arthroscope, with one third of the cartilage removed, fractured patella and bone splinters everywhere. I had my Right Total Knee Replacement on 27 July 2024 with Dr Nizam.I was home within 48 hours with Pico Dressing for 14 days.I was organised hospital in the home rehabilitation before discharge from the hospital.My pain was minimal, and I used 2 crutches for a week and then one crutch for the second week.After 4 and half weeks I have 120 degrees ROM., I can perform most of my daily activities, go for walks and driving, just follow the protocol of Dr Nizam and you will be happy with the positive outcome.
