As dodgy as is possible, we ask them again and again prior to the operation booking. What is your gap fee coverage? Do you cover a gap fee? (As we had health insurance). Every person on reception refused to give us an answer about that once the booking was actually made for the operation, and we were locked in magically, they suddenly answered “no gap fee coverage at all”. I had a full hip replacement in August 2025 and Dr. Ikram Nizam was my surgeon. I cannot thank him enough for the great great !!! work he did on my hip.
