Never call back, quality of work is decent but very disappointing customer service. Were never on time, come and go as they please, really do not keep you in the loop on anything they do or how the project is going. Been trying to get them back to fix some minor problems which they stated they would do but have not followed up.
The Owner, Dan spent nearly 45 minutes discussing options not only for a pool, layout and system but also the landscape needs that we had in the backyard to help improve our outdoor living area. He was confident and knowledgeable but said he would be back in touch within a week and half at the most but I never received a call. I called two weeks later and left a message with no return call.
