I have been ordering ozone machines and maintenance parts from this company for over 10 years for my hotel. We have tried less expensive products over the years and always come back to Rainbowair or Queenaire ozone generators because of the quality and customer service support. High recommend this company and its products.
I bought an Ozone Machine from this company through Global Industrial and the ozone machine has not worked since I got the machine. I have been trying resolve this issue with both Ozone Experts & Global Industrial and they both refuse. Terrible product & customer service. Do yourself a favor and shop at Ozone Supply they have quality machines that actually work.
