Great experience here. Brought in my gaming laptop because it was overheating and the fans were really loud. Ethan did a full internal cleaning and replaced the thermal paste, and it honestly feels like a new laptop now — everything runs smooth and quiet again. He was friendly, the staff were welcoming, and I got it back the same day.
Ethan was in incredibly friendly and professional. He made quick work diagnosing and repairing the parts of the phone that had water damaged. Phone works like new now!
