Great experience here. Brought in my gaming laptop because it was overheating and the fans were really loud. Ethan did a full internal cleaning and replaced the thermal paste, and it honestly feels like a new laptop now — everything runs smooth and quiet again. He was friendly, the staff were welcoming, and I got it back the same day.
