This company I would not encourage to work for, lack motivation, Want to learn Drill Rigs and get there will only find not helpful.No welfare considerations.
Would not recommend this company. Lost their first mining contract within two years with incident after incident, upper management blamed site. Upper management have no idea how to run a mining contract. Maintenance was terrible with brand new gear always broken, always on stop credit with suppliers. No support was provided when the contract was finished, would ring HR and they wouldn't answer. Good people on site, terrible Perth management, didn't want to spend any money on maintenance. Worked here for one year and and had to put up with toxic and a unsafe workplace. But the most dissapointing thing was having $4000-$5000 tools stolen shows what kind of people work there. When contacted the HR team they protected the theif and was dishonest in the approach.
Poor management choice on the ground/poor training and assessment from people with no experience on equipment being assessed. No real leadership, no support from Managment.
