This company I would not encourage to work for, lack motivation, Want to learn Drill Rigs and get there will only find not helpful.No welfare considerations.
Would not recommend this company. Lost their first mining contract within two years with incident after incident, upper management blamed site. Upper management have no idea how to run a mining contract. Maintenance was terrible with brand new gear always broken, always on stop credit with suppliers. No support was provided when the contract was finished, would ring HR and they wouldn't answer. Good people on site, terrible Perth management, didn't want to spend any money on maintenance.
