I had a great experience with Sahil to fix my leaky faucet. His response was always prompt and accurate. Although Oziss didn't have the same color as I previously had, Sahil came up with a brilliant idea to make it look stylish. He was always polite, helpful and kind. Only inconvenience is, their location. It's on the very busy street with lots of commercial traffic. I wish that the shop is in South Surrey, not in North.
Sahil was great to work with. He had the expertise and guided me the entire way.
Purchased a display model shower kit a while back, was missing some components so my plumber could not install it, we ended up buying a different set and installing that. In the meantime we tried to return the display set but it was a final sale I was frustrated at the time. See my wife's review below. Jasmeet helped me get the missing components from the manufacturer, so they did rectify the situation but I didn't install this shower kit as it was well after our reno, so I am now selling it but at least it's usable again.
