Bought a Faucet and went to install it and it was defective so I asked for refund or at least bring a plumber to check it out and repair it but they said that they can’t help me with anything. I won’t recommend doing any business with this shady establishment

Excellent customer service from Sahil at Oziss Industries. He went above and beyond by contacting Toto on my behalf when a replacement tank wasn’t available. He called me back, explained that Toto would send a free replacement because the tank I was looking for had been discontinued. Truly outstanding support. Thank you, Sahil!

I did a renovation and bought multiple fixtures from Oziss. The customer service was excellent! They helped me figure out if I could get a warranty on existing fixtures and helped me find new fixtures, and Im pleased with the products I purchased.

Excellent product, service is second to none. The sales rep was very helpful. The pricing is very fair my wife and I cannot be more happier with our Kohler fixtures. I was also very impressed with the variety of product they carry. I am extremely happy with my freestanding wall tub. I cannot wait to use these fixtures!
