I would strongly recommend saving your money and shopping at Home Depot or another reputable national company instead. I purchased 15 items from this business, and 2 of them were defective. I also wanted to return 3 items that I had not even picked up yet, and I was told I would still be charged a restocking fee. Charging a restocking fee for items that never even left their possession makes absolutely no sense to me. Excellent products and customer service
Bought a Faucet and went to install it and it was defective so I asked for refund or at least bring a plumber to check it out and repair it but they said that they can’t help me with anything. I won’t recommend doing any business with this shady establishment
Excellent customer service from Sahil at Oziss Industries. He went above and beyond by contacting Toto on my behalf when a replacement tank wasn’t available. He called me back, explained that Toto would send a free replacement because the tank I was looking for had been discontinued. Truly outstanding support. Thank you, Sahil!
I did a renovation and bought multiple fixtures from Oziss. The customer service was excellent! They helped me figure out if I could get a warranty on existing fixtures and helped me find new fixtures, and Im pleased with the products I purchased.
