I am leaving this review regarding an incident involving an Ozinga Kenworth truck (unit #1741, USDOT #753510). At approximately 12:05 PM today while traveling uphill on Route 31, I observed hardened concrete/debris (not wet material) coming loose from the truck’s rear chute area after it hit a bump in the road. It appeared to be leftover, dried concrete that had not been properly cleaned or maintained on the equipment.
