He is competent, nice, very quiet, and will answer your questions. The office staff is nice and helpful. Location is convenient and he is affiliated with NYP Brooklyn Methodist Hospital which I prefer.
My appointment felt very rushed. After waiting months for an appointment with a different cardiologist, only to have it be canceled due to weather, I scheduled one with the first available, Dr. Dogan. I was seen for 2 separate problems and felt like when he asked me a question, he didn’t let me fully answer before asking more questions. My mom complained about her last visit with him, So I accompanied her this time , he barely listened to her answers to his rapid fire questions. I had to interject on her behalf, the purpose of this visit was for a hospital follow up d/c. He didnt’t review her d/c summary. The appointment was over in less than 10 minutes! I could go on but, I won’t. Needless to say we’ll be changing specialists
I have been with dr Dogan for years and yes l do need Dr Dogan. I was seeing the doctor who had passed away who was a very good doctor to me. Every Medical problem l had he was there for me. Dr Dogan was like that to me also Dr Dogan l really need you as my doctor you will be hearing from me real soon l will be praying you take me back as a patient l don’t want another doctor.
