Very very helpful. Online ordering can be a bit daunting. I ordered the wrong drawer runners for my application and it was rectified for me. Quite a lot quicker than expected. Product is good quality, easy to assemble : everything is documented. Highly recommend if you are on a budget.
I couldn't be happier that I found Oz Flat Packs because quite often you are forced to purchase "standard" cabinetry sizes offerred by Bunnings/Ikea etc. Not so with Oz Flat Packs - they cut to the mm so you can achieve a complete fitout without gaps !! Additionally they were so easy to deal with the business and they were so helpful - I couldn't recommend them more highly to the point that I am planning my next job with them !! Do yourself a favour and spread the word because they are great !!

Ozflatpacks is amazing in terms of quality, timeliness and price. I desperately needed a new wardrobe and all the local contractors I reached out to quoted me very high prices. Bunnings and ikea couldn’t do anything custom made for my old house measurement. The wardrobe insert arrived within a few week, was built to my measurements and they even picked up the phone to help with installation questions. Really really happy with the end product and didn’t break the bank!
We are very happy with our flat pack. The assistance provided was good, although I struggled at first to understand the system and the jargon. Your system understandably suits tradespeople better than it suits the end customer, whose questions are sometimes less specific. Everything was well labelled, and cut to perfection. The pre-drilled holes made it fit together precisely and securely. I appreciated the extra notes such as 1mm deep hole for determining the bottom.
