A week ago myself and 2 other ladies went to Ozera spa for pedicures. There was only one person working and, while she tried her best, it took 3 hours for her to do our pedicures. This was just to much for one person and, quite frankly, to much for us, as well. I left stiff and sore from sitting for far to long on the very uncomfortable bench. I don't know about the other services but hot dam are the steam showers nice to climb into on a freezing cold day, seriously if you have a chill in your bones these will get it out!
