OzChild are supposed to be impartial but why would did former partner be receiving individual sessions prior to family mediation (I was the initiating party)? I felt ambushed during mediation and forced to make decisions under pressure by the "mediator" and left with a parenting plan that is not fit purpose and full of gaps and grey areas. Very disappointing.
