Well I am glad I decided to have Sam as my personal trainer . As a not a young () person I was worried about getting back to doing exercises but Sam has eased me back in and am finding it great . Would defo recommend to all you youngsters (over 60) to have a go .
I have really enjoyed being part of the ozbox senior group. Like most mature people I thought CrossFit was for the younger generation but Sam has proved it most definitely is for everyone. I Can not recommend them enough. It’s a brilliant class and everything is set to an individual level. Sam is a great instructor and explains everything in great detail. I’ve never felt out of my depth. Can’t believe I have found an exercise class that I actually enjoy. Thank you Sam and the team at OzBox

Great gym with fantastic coaches. If you are looking for structured and professional programming and if you want to progress this is the place. Great guidance and knowledge all round.
