Was told using insurance was a $25 copay and the rest would be ran through insurance. Was a patient for over a year doing the copay every single time. Stopped seeing him for a little less than a year. Now am being contacted by a debt collector saying I owe them over $200 with no reaching out from the office or mailing me anything to say I owe them.
I have received excellent service here throughout my treatment.
