Guang will sweet talk to you into buying products from him,but when there is an issue with the products, he acts dismissive. I am dissatisfied by the ways he deals after purchase.I have been in and out in his shop after purchase, but he neglects and his products are not even average quality.
Fair pricing and valuable quality items
Picked up a basin on a Wednesday morning after chatting on Facebook Marketplace. The lady was lovely, they didn’t have the basin I wanted on display but she grabbed one out and after a thorough check and a quick transaction I was on my way.
Extremely disappointed with this company. We purchased a stainless steel kitchen sink which was bent when we received it. We asked for a replacement but the company refused to send one. We were forced to get it straightened ourselves which the company refused to pay for. Poor quality and poorer service.
I’ve been buying bathroom and kitchen products from OzBathrooms for a few years. Consistently great quality products and great communication.
