We had our carpet in two rooms and on two sets of stairs and also an area rug cleaned by Richard and Pat. They were very professional, knowledgeable and personable and did an excellent job. They also kept us informed of their arrival time. Our carpets look great and we will definitely use them again.

Been using OzarkSteam ever since we put new carpet in years ago. They are fantastic with great attention to detail. They always go above and beyond. This time we had them also do an older sectional while they were here that I honestly thought we were going to get rid of.
