Like the review below please stay FAR away from this dentist. Before I scheduled an appointment with him I told his front office that I did require nitrous due to a very bad experience with an old-time dentist as a teenager. Never in my life have I been refused nitrous before. I was told that was just fine. Dr. Mullein did the whole exam which cost me almost $400 and at the end bullied me for wanting nitrous and called me a liar. I was charged and refused the service I asked for. Stay far away from this dental office! After paying for expensive cleanings here, it was discovered that two of my daughters had cavities that needed filled. This dentist did such a poor job that he actually damaged their teeth much more than the cavities ever had. The filling had bubbles, spilled up and over their teeth, and filled the cracks between their molars making it impossible to floss.
