They hang up on me after me asking how many physicians are in the facility, So weird…
I’ve been seeing Dr Taylor for almost a year now. So far I’m completely satisfied with the care I receive from her and her staff. She’s thorough, and caring and if I question something, or I’m having script issues, she listens and explains why, or she changes the prescription. I had a script change by the PA when I first moved here, she told me why they changed it. My gastroenterologist just confirmed the new meds work and are much safer for me. Just had the worst customer service experience with the front office staff scheduling an appointment. I have new insurance and went to get my card out of my wallet to provide the staff with any information they needed. It took me all of 30 seconds to get the card. Afterwards I was ignored and could hear the staff interacting with other patients and themselves. I kept having to say hello and ask if anyone was still there but was ignored.
