Very polite and respectful office staff as well as medical staff. My family has received excellent care from their clinic for over a decade. I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.
The staff is very awesome The receptionist knows me by name Everytime I go in. Recommend this place
The staff and nurse practitioner were very personable and professional
Doctor washburn is a good doctor but his staff is no good i was sick i called to get a prescription filled i waited 2 days then i had to call them back they never called me they told me i had to make an appointment. So i was very sick for 2 or 3 days when they could of just made me an appointment to begin with....makayla an Danielle was very rude and hung up the phone on me...i will be definitely finding another doctor...
This place does not do disability paperwork but they will see you and THEN tell you that they don't do it and then charge you for it and laugh..... literally.
