Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to pay money to ! Apparently it's not illegal for this company to turn off electricity with minors in the home ! Absolutely appalling! They won't help with extensions even when they just raise electricity to take 180.00 for another deposit because a mechanical issue with my car set me back in bills being a single mom and they don't have to tell you they can take that money from you if your electric gets turned off even once even if it was turned off for an hr being paid and turned... read more
Don't trust auto pay. They wont charge your account then they'll skin you for a return check fee.
A tornado went through at 1 AM and knocked down the power poles on highway 412. They had the power restored by 6:30 AM in the middle of the storms! That’s going above and beyond.
Most expensive electric company I have had. This is my third one. Same size apartment, same usage, yet more money. In fact last year at the same time as my last bill I had industrial fans going due to a leak in my apartment for 5 days, and that bill barely raised my bill and was a lot lower. For shame Ozarks Electric. If I was given a choice, you would not be it!
